ConferenceCalls.com Terms and Conditions - Monthly

Welcome to ConferenceCalls.com's User Agreement. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of all services ("Services") at ConferenceCalls.com web site ("Web Site"). You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any additional rules or policies that are or may be published by ConferenceCalls.com from time to time.

This Agreement in addition to any other rules and policies, make up the complete and exclusive agreement between you and ConferenceCalls.com regarding your use of the Services, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. Unless otherwise stated, all amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a writing signed by both parties.

Your use of the Web Site and Services shall constitute your acceptance of any amendments to this Agreement as well as additional rules or policies that are or may be published by ConferenceCalls.com, each with the new modifications. If you do not agree to any of such changes, you may request that your membership be cancelled. You acknowledge and agree that such cancellation will be your exclusive remedy and our sole liability if you do not wish to abide by any changes to this Agreement or any additional rules or policies that are or may be published by ConferenceCalls.com.

Monthly Plans:
If you are paying for Chargeable Services by credit card, ConferenceCalls.com will automatically bill your card each month without further authorization from you. As a condition to your right to use the Service, you must provide us with a valid credit card number belonging to you with available credit sufficient to pay the applicable Service Fees. You must promptly notify ConferenceCalls.com of changes to: (a) the account number or expiration date of your designated credit card; and (b) your billing address (for the designated credit card). In the event that your credit card on file is expiring, ConferenceCalls.com will send out reminder email 60 days prior to expiring to update your credit card with a new credit card with valid expiration. On the final month of expiration, if your credit card on file has not been updated, ConferenceCalls.com reserves the right to advance bill you one month so your service is not interrupted. In the event that you cancel this credit card or it is otherwise terminated, you must immediately provide us with a new valid credit card number. You authorize ConferenceCalls.com, from time to time, to undertake steps to determine whether the credit card number you have provided to us is a valid credit card number. In the event that you do not provide us with a current valid credit card number with sufficient credit upon request during the effective period of this Agreement, you will be in violation of this Agreement, and we may terminate this Agreement with you. ConferenceCalls.com does not accept debit cards for payment of Service Fees. In the event that you provide us with a debit card number instead of a credit card number, you authorize us to make all charges described in this Agreement to your debit card account.

Trial Offers, Coupons, Credits and Special Offers.
ConferenceCalls.com reserves the right to discontinue or modify coupons, credits and special promotional offers at our discretion. Free Trial minutes are only valid for new accounts and are applied only to the first month of service. Unused minutes do not extend or "roll over" into the next month. Free Trial terms may vary by promotional offer. Free trial minutes automaticaly renew upon reaching your free trial minutes allowance, or when your week term has expired. You may cancel your trial subscription, for any reason (including if you simply change your mind) by logging into your account administration, and deactivating your account within the trial term period.

Membership Expiration Date and Automatic Renewals (recurring billing)
Your access to the ConferenceCalls.com Website is valid for the full duration of the length of the membership plan you have selected, (this is ongoing until you cancel your membership). You will be automatically re-billed under the terms of your subscription. Organizers can request cancellation of services on their 'Account' page. Cancellation requests are effective at the end of the current billing cycle which appears in the 'My Account' page. Your account will remain active until the current term or minutes have expired. Any unused minutes expire on the renewal date and will do not extend or "roll over" into the next month. If your balance falls below 100 minutes prior to your scheduled renewal date, an additional 'safe guard' recharge of your plan amount will automatically occur to protect your account from running out of minutes. These additional 'safe guard' minutes will expire after 30 days from your next renewal date.

Note that service is on a monthly recurring billing cycle. In the event that a credit card cannot be authorized 5 days prior to the billing due date, user will be notified to update payment information. Service, at ConferenceCalls's option, will be cancelled if payment information is not updated by billing due date. ConferenceCalls may discontinue or suspend services for non-payment at any time without incurring liability.
