USER HELP

Managing Attendee Rights

As the presenter, you have the authority to set permissions for your attendees. These permissions determine whether a user is allowed to:

  • View the Attendee Roster.
  • See the questions and answers from the Q&A session following the conference.
If you deny an attendee the right to view the Attendee Roster, the attendee will not be able to initiate any chat messages.

To edit an attendee's rights:
  1. From the Attendee Roster, click the name of the attendee whose rights you want to edit.

  2. Select Manage Rights.

The Attendee Rights Management window is displayed.

  3. Select the check box next to an attendee right to grant permission to the selected attendee.

  4. Click OK.

The attendee rights take effect immediately.
