3 Easy Steps in conference call

2. Invite your Participants / Join a Conference Call
Invite guests ahead of time, or on the fly through an email, IM link, or webpage. All they need is your conference code. Guests may dial any access global number with your conference code, or easily conveniently dial out to them.

3. Control the Conference Call Meeting
View a list of participants in real-time, mute/hold, dial out to participants, conduct side conferences, share your desktop, conduct presentations, view real-time rosters, and more all from your computer.

1. Start your Conference Call

Toll-Free Dial In Access

Participants can start, or join conference calls, at no charge to the caller by dialing into a toll-free access number. Toll-Free Access is available in the U.S., and many other international locations. View a full list of our international toll-free access numbers.

  1. Dial the access number number for your region. In USA: Dial Toll-Free : (800)444-2801.
  2. Enter your conference code.
  3. Enter your security code (only needed when starting a conference.)
  4. To allow others to join your conference, you will need to give them the access number, and your conference code.
  5. You may begin speaking once you hear the chime signifying another party has joined the conference. You can connect up to 50 parties simultaneously in a single call.

USA Toll Dial In Access

The cost of adding a participant through this USA toll access number is only 1.9¢ per minute! The participant will be responsible for the cost of a regular call to a USA phone number. In addition, the normal USA (toll-free) number does not accept incoming calls from outside the USA. This local USA toll access number enables participants to start or join a conference, globally, where toll-free is not available.

  1. Dial the USA local access number number: (310) 765-4820
  2. Enter your conference code.
  3. Enter your security code (only needed when starting a conference.)
  4. To allow others to join your conference, you will need to give them the access number, and your conference code.
  5. You may begin speaking once you hear the chime signifying another party has joined the conference. You can connect up to 50 parties simultaneously in a single call.

Web Dial Out

Relieve your participants of any dialing headaches. Give them the "red carpet" treatment by bringing your conference to them. A convenient method of connecting participants is with ConferenceCalls.com' Web Dial Out service. Web Dial Out allows you to have ConferenceCalls.com call the participant (this includes you), regardless of the country they are located. Just login anywhere globally, and with a few simple clicks, you can begin conferencing with up to 50 global participants.

  1. Login to your account at http://www.conferencecalls.com.
  2. Enter the number where you are currently located (anywhere in the world)
  3. Enter the destination number of the party you would like to call.
  4. Our system will call you first, and ask you to join a conference call. Push 1 to join.
  5. Next, our system will call your destination number, and connect the two calls. You can have up to 50 participants connected on ConferenceCalls.com at one time. If you need more than 50 participants, please call and speak to one of our sales specialists.
  6. It is that simple. You can use our service from anywhere in the world and benefit from our low rates.


2. Join a Conference Call

  1. Dial access number number provided to you by the host party.
  2. Enter the conference code provided to you by the host party.
  3. You may begin speaking once you hear the chime signifying another party has joined the conference. You are now connected to the conference call.


3. Control the Conference Call Meeting

Touch Tone Commands Available During a Conference Call

When using any of these commands, you must hold the * for 1/2 second.

Host Commands:
  • Dial *55 to Add a Participant
    Once you have started your conference, you can add another participant by dialing *55. You will be connected to our automated system and temporarily removed from your conference call. The automated system will prompt you to enter the phone number of the new participant; once you are connected, you will be able to speak directly to the participant in a private conversation.
    • Press *1 to add the new participant and return to the conference call.
    • Press *2 to return to the conference call without adding the new participant.

  • Dial *56 to Mute/Un-Mute ALL Participants
    You can mute all of the participants in the call by pressing *56. To unmute, just press *56 again.

  • Dial *54 to Lock/Unlock Conference Room
    This option is available after the first participant joins the call. If you lock the call, no additional participants will be able to join; instead, they will hear a message indicating that the room has been locked. To unlock, just press *54 again.

  • Dial *32 - host disconnects the conference call
    This is where the host can end the conference before they hang up the call.

Participant Commands:

Pressing *99 will mute or unmute their own connections. However, if the host has muted the conference, *99 will not override the conference mute.


Dial Out rates via touchtone are billed at the same LOW rates as when doing a web dial out!
